Accounting and Financial Management
EMA has bookkeeping personnel to supply daily record keeping, check preparation services, and monthly reports using PC-based software. Our system facilitates record keeping and allows preparation of financial statements in a timely manner. A chart of accounts will be set up in consultation with the treasurer, financial records and receipts will be maintained for each expenditure, deposits will be processed and recorded, and bank statements will be reconciled.
